They are currently working on films as a band within the industry, while also supporting independent ventures. A major highlight is their collaboration with lead vocalist Sweekar Agasthi, a renowned composer, whose individual projects further elevate the band’s creative reach.

Sweekar Agasthi, the lead singer, is a celebrated composer whose powerful vocals and creative vision anchor the band’s sound across genres. Sagar Ramachandruni, bass guitarist and founder, is the backbone of Niraval, driving its progressive direction and musical foundation since inception.
On keys, Jay adds rich harmonic layers and modern textures that elevate both live and studio performances. Vaishak Menon, the drummer, fuels the band with precision, groove, and high-energy rhythms that define Niraval’s dynamic stage presence.
Joel Sastry, on guitars, brings versatility and depth with his blend of melodic phrasing and progressive riffs. Completing the ensemble, Rajesh on saxophone and flute infuses the band’s music with soulful, classical, and jazz-inspired elements—making Niraval one of the most distinctive and celebrated Telugu bands of 2026.
